Quick poutine

A quick way to make a delicious Canadian poutine. Used as a snack or side dish.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon parsley
1 pinch chili powder (or dry chili flakes)
1 package cheese curds
1 package potato (frozen fries)

Instructions

Prepare the fries as it says on the packaging and meanwhile heat up the gravy.

Once the gravy is hot, remove from heat and quickly mix in the herbs and spices.

Place freshly cooked fries on plates, top immediately with cheese curds and finish with the gravy.
