Turkey apple wrap

Better than what you might find at the local sub and sandwich shop.

Ingredients

1 tortilla (whole wheat)
2 sli turkey (cooked turkey breast)
1⁄3 apple (cored and thinly sliced)
1 sli cheese (Provolone, thinly sliced)
1⁄2 c lettuce (shredded)
1 sli onion (thin slice)
3 T butter (apple butter)

Instructions

Spread apple butter on the tortilla.

Layer the rest of the ingredients on top of this and to one side.

Roll and slice diagonally.

Notes

Use leftover turkey breast, or chicken breast, from last evening dinner chopped up instead of buying sliced turkey breast at the deli counter.
