Cheese Ball

An easy recipe from the USA that's warm, fruity and hearty all at the same time.

Ingredients

1⁄4 cup bell pepper (diced)
2 packages cream cheese
1 tablespoon onion (red onion, finely chopped)
1 tablespoon salt
1 can pineapple (strained and diced, 8 oz can)
2 cups pecan nuts (or walnuts, chopped)

Instructions

Soften the cream cheese by mixing, adding all the ingredients except the pecans or walnuts.

Chill and mold into 2 large balls.

Roll in the cheese balls in the nuts and chill again.

Serve with crackers immediatley or keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
