Kokoda

Kokoda is a traditional Fijian dish that has been enjoyed for centuries. It was originally created as a way to preserve raw fish in the tropical heat, by marinating it in lime juice and coconut milk.

Caipirinha

This combination originated in Brazil and it is considered a national treasure there. It became popular in many other countries. There are cocktail bars which only serve caipirihans, either the original recipe with lime or any of its many fruit variations.
