Tuna cream

This sauce is great for boiled veal, steamed or grilled chicken breast and spaghetti.

Ingredients

1⁄4 c milk
1 clv garlic (peeled)
1 T parsley (fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped)
2 T water
  seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)
1 cn tuna (tuna in olive oil, 3 oz can)

Instructions

  1. Rub the bowl with the garlic. Place the flaked tuna, milk and oil in the bowl. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
  2. Cook on high for 3 minutes and stand for 2 minutes.
  3. Add parsley and process in a blender until smooth.
  4. Serve warm or cold.

Notes

Cook in a microwave proof glass bowl.

If the tuna is canned in olive oil, use 1 Tbs of the drained oil for the recipe.
