Paneer kebabs

Paneer kebabs are always welcomed as this cheese-like neutral flavor goes well with everything. You can use chicken or lamb, or just stab some vegetable,as suggested in this recipe, and get ready for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

8 ounces paneer (cut into large cubes, 8 chunks)
2 tomato (cut into eight chunks)
8 slices onion (cut thick)
1⁄2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon pepper (ground)
1 teaspoon garlic (garlic paste or grated garlic)
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the vegetables in the yogurt with the garlic and peppercorns, liquefied by the lemon juice.
  2. Allow to soak for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Alternate each vegetable with a chunk of paneer on the kebab sticks.
  4. Now heat the whole delightful assembly on the barbecue grill for about three minutes, or until the edges of the onions are brown.

Notes

The preparation time includes marinating time. Once marinated, kebabs are ready in 10-20 minutes.

Serve with naan bread.

You can easily create your own paneer kebab combinations.

This recipe is gluten free if the bread is omitted or served with gluten free bread.
