Herbed dip

Best served in a hollowed out round of pumpernickel, with the middle torn into bits for dipping.

Ingredients

2⁄3 c mayonnaise
2⁄3 c sour cream
1 T scallion (chopped)
1 T parsley (finely chopped)
1 t dill (dried)
1 t seasoning (Louisiana seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
  2. Mix in Louisiana seasoning.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to distribute evenly.

Notes

Serve with raw vegetables, cooked vegetables, fries, tortilla chips, or as a sauce to accompany grilled fish.
