Grill baked potatoes

If you’re already barbecuing, why run in and out of the house tending to all the side dishes. You can bake your potatoes right on the grill.

Ingredients

8 potato (baking potatoes)
seasoning (salt and ground pepper to taste)

Instructions

Prepare potatoes: Rinse the potatoes in water to clean off dirt. Poke the potatoes with a fork a few times to release pressure that may build up during cooking.

Heat BBQ: Wrap the potatoes tightly in foil. Preheat the barbecue to 350° F or so. Allow it to heat up for about 15 minutes to get a well-established heat.

Put potatoes on the grill: Place the potatoes on the grill, away from the flame. Allow them to cook for up to 90 minutes, until they are soft to the touch. Flip the potatoes about half way through the cooking time.
