Dill salmon parcels

Description

Another way to enjoy healthy salmon, and so easy to prepare. Cook the parcels either in the oven or the grill.

Ingredients

1 t dill (dried leaves, or 3-4 teaspoons fresh dill leaves)
  salt (to taste)
pepper (freshly ground black pepper, to taste)
1 1⁄4 lb salmon (4 fillets abour)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare 4 kitchen foil rectangles large enough to wrap the salmon fillets.

On each rectangle, spread 1 tsp olive oil -to prevent sticking- and set in the middle 1 salmon steak. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle dill on top and drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil.

Wrap it loosely and transfer to the oven tray. Cook 20 minutes, or until done, in the middle rack.

Serve the parcels and let everyone open theirs to fully appreciate the aroma of dill.
