Very different from cranberry sauce.
Instructions
- In 10 oz of water, bring the cranberries and onions to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cranberries bursts and onions are tender.
- Push through a food mill.
- Place the puree into a saucepan with the remaining ingredients, bring to just a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Remove whole spices and allow to cool.
