Notes

Apples are healthy, simple to eat and natural. Connecticut has great apple orchards. A good number of those orchards open to the public and picking apples is a popular family activity in autumn. When one gets carried away, picking many more apples that it is possible to eat, there are plenty of recipes to prepare delicious dishes with those apples.

Guess what? Even if your apple recipes were good before, they can only get better when you pay attention to the variety of apples used.
