Yogurt and tropical fruit breakfast

Get up to a healthy start with this delicious breakfast yogurt with fresh tropical fruit.

Ingredients

1 c yogurt (low fat, plain or vanilla flavor)
  mint (fresh leaves, garnish)
  cinnamon (ground, to taste)
1⁄2 c fruit (chopped, fresh tropical fruit such as mango, pineapple)
  granola (or your favorite cereal)

Instructions

Pour yogurt into a bowl and beat until smooth.

Arrange the yogurt in a tall glass, top with fruit chunks and some granola and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Garnish with mint leaves.
