Rapsberry apple supreme

A healthy dessert or snack, including vitamins from fresh fruit and extra calcium from the yogurt and ice cream.

Ingredients

4 apple (Granny Smith or similar green apple)
2 cups raspberries (washed and hulled)
2 cups ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
4 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
8 tablespoons yogurt (not fat, vanilla, raspeberry, or lemon flavor)
1⁄2 lemon (juice)

Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries. Peel, core and dice the apples.
  2. Blend the apples with the sugar, yogurt and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. In a tall glass, put first a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each one, then 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries and pour over 1 tbsp of the raspberry syrup. Prepare other three this way.
  4. Distribute the apple smoothie among the four glasses. Serve and enjoy.
