Irish cream espresso martini

The Irish cream espresso martini is a luxurious after-dinner cocktail that combines rich espresso, velvety Bailey’s Irish cream, smooth vodka, and a hint of coffee liqueur. It’s creamy, bold, and perfectly balanced between sweet and bitter, making it an indulgent way to end a meal.

Ingredients

1⁄2 fluid ounce liquor (Bailey´s Irish cream)
1 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce coffee (espresso, cooled)
1⁄2 fluid ounce liquor (optional, coffee liquor)
  ice
  garnish (coffee beans)

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice. Shake hard, vigorously shaking with ice creates a thick, creamy froth on top.

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.

Notes

Serve in a chilled martini glass for a sleek and elegant presentation. Garnish with three coffee beans for a traditional espresso martini look, symbolizing health, wealth, and happiness.

Pair with chocolate desserts like Bailey’s chocolate mousse or brownies for a decadent treat.

Use freshly brewed espresso. The best flavor comes from hot espresso that’s quickly chilled to retain its creaminess.
