Shake off those Winter blues with some Easter treats! These chocolate crispy sweets are one of the easy-to-make treats that are just right for Easter.

Ingredients

40 cookies (butter fingers)
6 cups rice (puffed rice cereal)
4 cups marshmallow (miniature marshmallow)
3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Get some butter finger bars, about 40 will do. Chop up 20 of them into a bowl. Add about 6 cups of toasted rice cereal. Set it aside.
  2. Now, melt 3 tablespoons of butter into a bowl and add in 4 cups of miniature marshmallows. Microwave the butter and marshmallows on high for a couple of minutes. Add the Butter finger and cereal mixture, then stir it all up.
  3. Pour the results into a 13 in x 9 in baking pan and let it cool until hardened. Crumble the rest of the Butterfingers across the top and then cut the pan contents into squares. Serve like fudge squares. Yum!

After that exhausting effort of hiding and finding eggs, opening gifts from Easter baskets, and more, an easy supper will be appreciated by the cook.

This is a great Easter dinner recipe but don't limit yourself only to Easter. This recipe is perfect for other times when you need to feed a crowd.
