This delicious treat is made from creamy peanut butter, crunchy peanuts, and an irresistible vanilla flavor. Perfect for a snack or dessert.
Heat the oven to 350º F. Grease and line a baking pan.
In a bowl, cream the peanut butter and the butter until smooth.
Add the brown sugar a little at a time, beating well each time until the sugar blends with the peanut butter.
Add the eggs, one at a time, ande then the vanilla extract, beating to mix them well each time. Incorporate slowly the sifted flour. Finally, fold in the chopped peanuts.
Pour the batter into de greased pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the middle of the oven until set, 30-35 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool 15 minutes.
Cut the giant peanut butter blondie into squares or rectangles. Pass the peanut blondie bars to a wire rack and let them cool completely before serving.
You can use a vegetable oil cooking spray to grease the pan.
To make them lighter, you can add 1 level teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Sift baking powder and salt with the flour.
