Bay leaf kebabs
You can also cook the kebabs on top of a grill. A charcoal fire adds extra flavor, but any ordinary grill will serve.
Instructions
- Marinate the beef cubes in lemon juice. Set them in a glass container, pour the lemon juice over, cover with plastic film, and leave them in the fridge for two hours, preferably overnight.
- Pin meat cubes in four skewers, alternating with pepper, cherry tomatoes, shallots, mushrooms, and bay leaves.
- Season the kebabs with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Broil for 15 minutes, turning once.
- Garnish with letucce salad and serve white rice on the side.
