Brazilian fried bananas
Brazilian cook bananas in many ways although frying them in vegetable oil or butter is the probably the most popular. The bananas can be served just the way they come out of the pan as a side dish, as you would find in Cuba, or sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar for a sweet dessert.
