Super-quick and healthy shrimp salad

Prepare this quick shrimp salad when you are in a hurry knowing that is delicious and low-fat healthy.

Ingredients

3 oz shrimp (cooked)
2 t sour cream (half fat or low fat, if possible)
1 clv garlic (crushed)
1 t coriander (fresh coriander, finely chopped)
1 tomato (roughly chopped)
2 c salad leaves (rinsed, or lettuce, rinsed and chopped)

Instructions

Combine sour cream, coriander and garlic in a bowl.

Then add the shrimp and toss carefully.

Place salad leaves and chopped tomato on the center of a plate and add the shrimp mixture.

Serve immediately with crusty bread.
