Mango daiquiri
A refreshing drink from down under made with mango and lime juice.
Ingredients
3⁄4 cup mango (ripe, skin and stone removed, diced)
1⁄3 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons sugar (and some more for the glasses)
1⁄3 cup rum (white rum)
4 cups ice (crushed)
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well, then shake in a cocktail shaker.
Sugar the rim of the cocktail glasses and distribute the mango daquiri among them.
Enjoy!
