Everyone needs encouragement and motivation ordinary cooks or professional chefs are not less.

Motivate yourself and motivate others to food excellence.

A little encouragement

If a recipe doesn’t turn out quite like you’d hoped, don’t be discouraged. You’re your worst critic and chances are everyone else will think it turned out fine.
