Pumpkin and raisin bread

Sweet, moist pumpkin and raisin bread spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Ingredients

1 c butter (melted before measuring)
3⁄4 c water
4 egg
3 1⁄2 c flour
2 1⁄4 c sugar
1 1⁄2 t salt
2 t cinnamon (ground)
1⁄2 t nutmeg (ground)
1 c walnut (chopped)
1 c raisin
1 cn pumpkin (large can)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F

Mix together the first four ingedents. Blend in theremaining ingredents.

Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour or until the top is a golden brown in color.
