Blueberry lime margarita
One great low-calorie summer cocktail to try is the blueberry-lime margarita. This frozen deliciousness only contains 125 calories per serving.
Ingredients
1 cup blueberries (frozen blueberries)
1 cup juice (blueberry nectar)
1⁄4 cup seltzer
20 tablespoons lime juice (frozen limeade)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1⁄4 cup liquor (optional, tequila)
1 lime (cut into wedges)
salt (coarse salt)
2 cups ice (ice cubes)
Instructions
To create this cocktail simply combine ice, blueberries, blueberry nectar, seltzer, limeade, lime juice and tequila, if using, in a blender and blend until smooth.
Rub the rim of 2 glasses with lime wedge and dip in salt.
Divide the margarita between the prepared glasses and serve.
