Baked potato wedges and onion rings

These baked potato wedges can be cooking in the oven or the grill, while you barbecue your favorite meat.

Ingredients

6 potato (medium to lage, washed and cut into 1 inch wedges)
3 onion (medium, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices)
  butter
  salt
  pepper

Instructions

  1. Assemble potato wedges on tin foil. Place red onion slices in between. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add some butter and wrap foil loosley to make a parcel.
  2. Place on grill, turning over after 10 minutes, repeat this for approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on size of potato wedges.

Notes

Estimate 1 potato, medium to large, and 1/2 onion, medium size, per person.

Cook potato wedges outdoors, on the grill, during barbecue season and in the oven during the cooler months.
