Parmesan crusted baked fish

This recipe can be prepared with cod, haddock or other white fish fillets. With a delicious parmesan crust, it's impossible to go wrong. The Parmesan cheese adds a bit of extra flavor and saltiness to this tasty dish.

Ingredients

4 pieces fish (fish fillets)
1⁄2 cup cheese (grated Parmesan)
1⁄2 cup bread crumbs (dry bread crumbs)
1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon seasoning (Italian seasoning)
  seasoning (salt and pepper to taste)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Combine Parmesan, bread crumbs, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.

Spread mayonnaise on each fillet, then press into the Parmesan mixture to coat.

Place fillets on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Serve the Parmesan baked fish warm from the oven.

Notes

If you don´t have it, substitute Parmesan with other strong flavored cheese, grated.
