Ingredients

1 1⁄2 cups mint (firmly packed fresh mint leaves and stems, washed)

3 1⁄2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice (it can be bottled lemon juice)

  3. Mix together 1 3/4 cups of the mint juice with lemon juice and sugar in a 4 quart saucepan.
