Description

A fruit cocktail with avocado, coconut and jackfruit served over crushed ice and condensed milk. Eat and drink.

Ingredients

2 cn jackfruit (drained and cut into sttips)
1 cn coconut (young coconut meat, liquid and meat, meat cut into strips)
1 cn coconut gel (drained)
1 cn palm seed (drained)
2 avocado (peled, diced)
  syrup (coconut syrup to taste)
1⁄4 c milk (or to taste, condensed milk)
2 c ice (or to taste, crusehd ice)

Instructions

Bring the coconut milk to the boil and set aside.

Mix the seeds, jackfruits, coconut meats and gel cubes together.

Add the previously made coconut syrup.

Put this in a bowl with the condensed milk and avocados, then add the crushed ice and mix.
