Danish dessert (rødgrød med fløde)

A delicious Danish dessert of stewed berries served with cream.

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 lb berries (mixed berries, rinsed)
2 c water
3⁄4 c sugar
3 T flour (potato flour)

Instructions

Place fruit and water in a casserole dish and bring to boil then add sugar for 5 minutes.

Mix the potato flour with a little dollop of water and add it slowly to the fruit.

When it thickens, pour it into a serving bowl and dust with sugar.

Serve arm or cold with a dollop of single cream.
