Curried zucchini cream

A delicious cold soup. If you prepare your own garam masala, use it for this recipe.


1⁄2 c yogurt (plain)
1 t garam masala (ground, or curry powder)
  seasoning (salt and white pepper to taste)
  crouton (garnish)
2 c water


  1. Peel and dice zucchinis. Simmer until tender, 10-15 minutes, in 2 cups water. Allow to cool to near room temperature.
  2. Add yogurt, cream, garam masala or curry powder and blend until smooth.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Garnish with croutons and serve.
