1 cup chicken (cooked meat, chopped)
1 carrot (peeled and grated)

Instructions

Put the broth in a pan and take it to the boil. Add noodles and shredded carrot.

Notes

There is nothing like homemade chicken broth, but all of us are in a hurry sometimes… use ready made chicken stock, or prepare the broth from chicken stock cubes, if you must.

You can use any kind of pasta shapes for this soup. Just adjust the cooking time - it will take 6-8 minutes is you use couscous, but 15-18 minutes for larger shapes.
