Bloody Caesar

A seafood take on the typical bloody mary. It is a popular drink in Canada. Suppousedly alleviates hangover pains.

Ingredients

1 fluid ounce liquor (vodka)
4 fluid ounces juice (clamato juice)
1 dash hot pepper sauce (Tabasco sauce)
1 dash horseradish (or to taste, crunchy horseradish sauce or grated horseradish)
  salt (to taste, both common salt and celery salt)
1 piece lime (1 lime wedge)
  pepper (ground pepper to taste)
1 stalk celery (for garnish, washed, with some leaves)

Instructions

Cut a little of the bottom of the lime wedge. Rim a highball glass with the juice of the lime wedge and a mix of celery salt and salt. Secure the wedge on the edge.

Add the vodka and clamato juice to the glass.

Season with pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces. Mix in the horseradish.

Add a celery stalk for garnish.

Serve.

Notes

Clamato juice is a mix of clam juice and tomato juice. This juice may not be to everyone´s taste.
