Turkey mold
No need to waste food or get bored eating more of the same. Prepare a potted turkey from cooked turkey meat and recycle your leftover meat.
Instructions
- Soak the gelatine granules in the water. Mix the chopped turkey meat and the mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Heat up the water and gelatine a few seconds in the microwave, about 30 seconds at 650 watts, and stir until the gelatine is dissolved. Add together with the light cream and mustard. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer into a soufflé dish or distribute between 4 ramekins and chill for 2 hours, or until the gelatine is set.
- Turn out ont a serving dish and garnish with cucumber slices and parsley leaves.
