Carbonada

Carbonada is a traditional stew made with beef, pork or chicken, potatoes, corn, carrots, tomatoes, onions and other vegetables. It is often served in a hollowed pumpkin that is baked afterwards. The flesh can be scraped to eat it with the carbonada. It is a hearty and filling dish.
