Aloo paratha

Aloo paratha is an unleavened flatbread stuffed with a mixture of boiled, mashed potatoes and spices. It is one of the most popular dishes in the Indian subcontinent. Aloo paratha is made by rolling out a dough made from whole wheat flour, stuffing it with spiced potatoes, folding it over, sealing its edges well and then frying it in oil or ghee until golden brown.
