The picture shows a few Adana kebabs, a classic Turkish dish featuring hand-minced spiced lamb grilled on a wide skewer.  The Adana kebab originates from the city of Adana in southern Turkey, a city known for its spicy cuisine. It was traditionally called kıyma kebabı (minced meat kebab).
